Quick Tips:
Wrap the perforated core evenly and secure with stainless wire ties.
If layering 6mm Muffler Packing minimise seams and pack tightly (but do not over-compress)

A few words on safety:
Wear gloves and a mask when handling fibreglass. Needlemat is itchy for days after handling.
