Our team will review the request and, if eligible, match the competitor’s price.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a price match:
- The product must be identical in brand, model, size, and specification.
- The competitor must be an authorised New Zealand retailer.
- The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- The competitor’s advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable.
- The total price comparison may include shipping and handling charges where applicable.
Exclusions
The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Clearance, liquidation, or end-of-line sales.
- Auction sites, marketplace sellers, or private sellers.
- Trade, wholesale, club, membership, or staff pricing.
- Pricing errors or misprints.
- Special promotional offers, bundle deals, coupon discounts, or limited-time flash sales.
- Products sourced from overseas retailers.
